Selection upon University Recommendation

An external scholarship organization requests the University to recommend eligible scholarship candidates.
The number of scholarship recipients is allocated according to the eligibility requirements of the external scholarship organization or the order in which off-campus scholarship funds are assigned.
Each college recommends eligible candidates.
Scholarship recipients are selected, and the scholarships are awarded.

Open Recruitment

Scholarship application guidelines are posted in the Scholarship Notices section of the University website.
Students who meet the eligibility requirements may apply individually.
