We are pleased to host the Commencement Ceremony to celebrate our graduates who have successfully completed their academic journeys and to support your new beginnings. We warmly invite you to join us on this special day.

 

1. Event Overview

  - Date & Time: Friday, August 21, 2026, 11:00 AM (approx. 60 minutes)

  - Venue: Auditorium, Building 23, Songdo Campus

  - Program: National Anthem & Salutes, Academic Affairs Report, Congratulatory Remarks, Commencement Address, Valedictory Speech, Conferment of Degrees, etc.

 - Side Events:

   · Graduation Photo Zones (3 locations)

   · Refreshments (Iced Coffee, Iced Tea, Bottled Water, etc.)

   · Customized Photo Mug (Souvenir with instant photo printing)

   · Paper Airplane Flying (Writing wishes & future dreams on paper planes)

  

 2.Order of Ceremony (Please refer to the attached file)

 ※ To ensure a smooth ceremony, graduates are requested to wear academic regalia and be seated by 10:40 AM.

 ※ The ceremony schedule and program details are subject to change depending on circumstances.

 3.Parking Information (Underground & Outdoor Parking Lots)

 ※  Please refer to the attached parking guide image.

 ※ The underground parking access road between the College of Natural Sciences (Bldg. 5) and the Observation Tower is closed due to construction.

 ※ The underground parking access road between the College of Information Technology (Bldg. 7) and the College of Engineering (Bldg. 8) is entry only (exit prohibited).
